Across NIT Australia and Curtin University, I've designed and delivered 40+ training courses and e-learning modules — from RTO-compliant technical training to compliance and safety content for a university facilities and operations portfolio. I administer the Cornerstone LMS, build courses as SCORM packages in Rise 360, and manage development work in Trello.
Before moving into learning design, I spent eleven years in IT infrastructure and service delivery at Tigo Colombia, which shows up in how I approach training problems now: as systems to instrument, not just content to publish. I build the reporting alongside the courses, so impact is something I can show, not just claim.

I've worked on a variety of projects, from simple websites to complex web applications. Here are a few of my favorites.
Paper-based Safe Work Procedures meant ad-hoc completion, no tracking, and easy-to-miss refreshers. I migrated SWPs onto the Cornerstone LMS with assignment, tracking, automatic refresher reminders, and a 7-question comprehension quiz added to every SWP — a capability that didn't exist before. There's no pre-migration baseline to compare against, so I won't claim a before/after percentage, but completion is now fully visible, and staff have messaged me directly after spotting an incorrect quiz answer — real evidence of engagement. 158 completions across 8 SWP modules recorded since mid-2024.
A self-authored Excel workbook I extract and rebuild every month: a raw data pull plus six analysis tabs, rolling up into an executive summary with trend tables, top courses and portfolios, and a written read on what changed — ready before each Team Meeting. 1,166+ completions tracked across 489 unique learners since July 2024, with 136 first-time learners in the last five months alone.
Designed a technical training course on server virtualisation from the ground up for NIT Australia — structure, assessments and all — aligned to Training.gov.au's Unit of Competency requirements. Delivered face-to-face, covering Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server and Windows 10 builds, with scenarios grounded in real corporate environments rather than generic textbook examples.
